ABOUT THE SALE

The Dance Costume Liquidation Sale will attract dance studio owners from the across the country, with a focus on marketing to the 5,000+ dance studios in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania areas. Studio owners pay to attend this exclusive 2-day event and as a result are highly motivated to make their investment pay off with on the spot deals from YOUR BRAND. 

Costume/Dancewear Vendors exhibit for FREE, creating a NEW, in-person, low risk opportunity to liquidate excess inventory without relocating stock. We recommend bringing samples of styles and taking orders based on your available inventory. Space is limited. Register now.

    • Each room includes three 6’ skirted tables and 10 chairs

    • Post-show attendee list
  • What is required?
    • Brand approval required. Rooms are assigned based on date of signed registration contract.
    • MUST be selling exclusively discounted dance related products
    • Provide a giveaway of $1000 or more in costume or dancewear credits for the Dance Costume Liquidation Sale's Grand Prize Drawing
    • Deliver a minimum of 1 email campaign promoting the event
    • Create a minimum of 3 dedicated social media posts promoting the event

The Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel is located 1 mile from King of Prussia Mall, the 3rd largest mall in America, and 30 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel is located just 5 minutes off the Pennsylvania Turnpike which can easily by accessed by NJ, NY, CT, MA, DE and MD. This venue features free parking with or without a hotel stay, and discounted hotel packages are available if you plan to stay for both days.
